At Oli Fowler Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new artwork isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our studio via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Carefully repackage the artwork in its original protective tubes or flat-pack materials to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package using a tracked and insured courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the artwork to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
